To strengthen inter-school collaboration, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support the institution's high-quality development, Li Jingping, Chairman of the Board, and Cao Shengqiang, President, led a delegation to Zaozhuang University for an exchange visit on December 17. They were warmly received by Zaozhuang University's Party Secretary Gao Feng, President Cong Hailin, and other senior officials. Xu Yuguo, Assistant to the President and Director of Academic Affairs, along with heads of the School of Information Engineering, Party and Government Office, and Publicity Department, accompanied the delegation.

Li Jingping and his delegation visited the Ministry of Education's ICT Industry-Education Integration Innovation Base at Zaozhuang University's School of Information Science and Engineering (School of Artificial Intelligence), the Micro-Nano Technology Laboratory (Academician Workstation) at the School of Optoelectronic Engineering, the China Intelligent Manufacturing 2025 Industry-Education Integration Innovation Base at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and the Esperanto Museum. They gained an in-depth understanding of Zaozhuang University's distinctive practices and remarkable achievements in talent cultivation, industry-education integration, and international cultural exchange.

After the tour, both parties held a symposium in the conference room on the third floor of the Comprehensive Building at Zaozhuang University's Shizhong Campus. Attendees included Feng Lei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zaozhuang University, Yan Xin, a member of the Party Committee and Director of the Propaganda Department, as well as heads of the Academic Affairs Office, International Exchange Office, School of Information Science and Engineering (School of Artificial Intelligence), School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and School of Optoelectronic Engineering. The symposium was chaired by Yan Xin.

In his speech, Li Jingping expressed sincere gratitude to Zaozhuang University for its strong support to Shanwen in recent years. He stated that this visit was another opportunity to learn and gain insights, and he was deeply impressed by the university's outstanding achievements in engineering education, as well as its disciplinary layout, practical training conditions, and research atmosphere. In December this year, Shanwen and the Asia-Pacific Communication Center of China's Foreign Languages Press jointly established the APEC Countries Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Center. Through visiting the Esperanto Museum and listening to the stories of Esperanto's dissemination, he was profoundly moved and recognized Zaozhuang University's achievements and contributions in cultural inheritance and research. He briefly introduced the accomplishments of Shandong Vocational College of Cultural Industry in terms of educational facilities and scale, adjustments in professional layout, and deepening industry-education integration and international exchanges. He expressed hope that the two universities could further deepen cooperation in the future, engage in more exchanges and interactions in teaching and research, industry-education integration, talent cultivation, and professional development, and work together to contribute to the high-quality development of regional higher education!

Cao Shengqiang remarked that his visit had allowed him to witness the school's dynamic development momentum, where it has not only maintained rapid expansion but also strengthened its core competencies through clear strategies and concrete measures. He shared the Shandong Vocational College of Cultural Industry's practices and insights in aligning with industry demands, optimizing academic programs, and exploring international educational collaborations. He expressed hope for deeper cooperation between the two institutions in joint talent cultivation, research initiatives, graduate employment support, and internship base development, aiming to achieve a "mutually beneficial partnership."

Feng Lei and Yan Xin respectively presented the progress made by the university in recent years in terms of development strategy, discipline construction, and the enhancement of its scale and connotation, particularly the significant breakthrough in achieving the status of a master's degree-granting institution. Feng Lei stated that Zaozhuang University is advancing vigorously under the "Three-Step" strategy and the "Two Upgrades and One Innovation" goal. He expressed hope that this exchange would serve as an opportunity for the two institutions to establish a regular cooperation mechanism, fostering in-depth collaboration in areas such as talent cultivation, discipline construction, and industry-university-research integration, thereby achieving resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutual empowerment.

Participants had in-depth and practical discussions on specific topics such as integrated training of majors and undergraduate programs, joint application for teaching achievement awards, faculty sharing, and international cooperation.

During their inspection visit to Zaozhuang University, Li Jingping and Xu Yuguo also toured Shengda Feier Health Industry (Shandong) Co., Ltd., a prominent local enterprise, where they were warmly received by Chairman Chen Kun. As Zaozhuang's largest and most technologically advanced dairy project, Shengda Feier has invested 110 million yuan solely in its pomegranate juice production line, aiming to establish itself as a pomegranate deep-processing hub with an annual output of 80,000 tons of NFC pomegranate juice and tea beverages. The two parties held cordial discussions on university-enterprise collaboration and joint talent development.

The recent exchange visit to Zaozhuang University and its subsequent enterprise visits have established a two-way bridge for intercollegiate collaboration and school-enterprise synergy at Shandong Vocational College of Cultural Industry. Going forward, the college will leverage this opportunity to consolidate collaborative agreements, refine implementation measures, and deepen cooperation in areas such as joint program development, talent cultivation, and industry-education integration. These efforts will inject new momentum into the college's high-quality development and contribute to the coordinated advancement of regional education.
